A desert that is loved by the old and the young, and the big and the small, this time in an aromatic version with a lot of chocolate and walnut flour. Walnut flour has lots of protein and fibers, „good“ fats, iron and vitamins, and combined with dark chocolate, these cubes will melt in your mouth!
Preheat your oven to 160°C.
Whisk the eggs and sugar. Melt down the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan with simmering water, then add it to the egg mixture.
Sift and mix the cooa, flour, baking powder and walnut flour, and combine it with the first mixture.
Grease and flour the cake pan (or simply line it with parchment paper) and pour the mixture in.
The amount in this recipe is enough for a cake pan that is 26 cm X 26 cm.
Bake it for 15-20 minutes at 160 °C.
Mix the milk, rum and sugar and put them in a pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Pour it over the warm cake that you have poked holes with a fork in.
Bring the heavy cream to a boil, then pour it over finely chopped chocolate. Leave the chocolate to melt for a few minutes, then stir with a spoon to combine them.
Pour over the cake while still warm.
