Healthy bagels with seeds and walnut flour

Renata was super busy again and you can almost smell the delicious baked goods from her kitchen.

This time she made bagels from simple and wholesome ingredients (which you will find below), and they contain neither gluten, preservatives, additives or color additives. Only healthy, delicious ingredients full of fiber, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals!

We recommend for breakfast, lunch and dinner, three times a day. 😊

  1. Finely grind/blend the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds. I recommend blending them separately. You can use a coffee grinder or a high speed blender.
  2. Once everything is fine, transfer it to a bowl and combine all of the ingredients together.
  3. Pour in the water and let it set for 30 min to thicken.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  5. Divide the batter into 12 parts are roll out into balls with wet hands.
  6. Press the balls to flatten them and using an apple cutter make the flower-like pattern.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes until they start to get golden color on the outside.
  8. Leave them to cool before storing in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Don’t forget these need to rest before rolling them out into rolls and baking. Use an apple cutter to make the flower-like pattern, but wet it before using it.
