Homemade, Gluten-free Granola with Almond Flour

It is quite easy, really, so why not try it yourselves?”

You'll need:

150 g                Letifico Almond Flour
100 g               variety of seeds
(sunflower, pumpkin, flaxseeds and chia seeds)
50 g                  almonds

1                       egg white
2 tbsp.             coconut oil
2 tbsp.             agave nectar
pinch               salt

When you get everything, then:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180 °C.

Add the flour, seeds and almonds into the kitchen machine and chop them, but not too finely into a flour. Now add the egg white, salt, coconut oil and agave nectar.
Stir it one more time so the mix gets a bit clumpy.

Place the mixture onto a baking tray and make it all level. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C. Let everything cool down and store in a closed glas jar. This granola should be eaten within 7 days because of the egg whites, but I’m sure that won’t be a problem.
